VISION: The British Virgin Islands Film Commission envisions the British Virgin Islands being positioned as a unique filming destination while contributing to economic growth in the Territory’s film industry in a manner that is mutually beneficial to the BVI Tourist Board’s vision as well as the local Film Industry.
MISSION: To foster, develop and promote a sustainable Film Industry for the British Virgin Islands in accordance with the vision and mission of the BVI Tourist Board.
The BVI Film Commission (BVIFC) was established in 1992 to regulate film production activity in the Territory, market the BVI as a premier film production location and to foster the development of local production activity and related professional services in the Territory.
